Our intimate classes will help you develop and strengthen a connection between your mind and body. By strengthening this connection, you will improve your body awareness and will learn to move properly - enabling you to achieve a strong a flexible body that helps you meet your physical goals.
Our studio is located on a tranquil street in Chelmer, Brisbane (with plenty of free parking). We have a caring and happy community, so you can look forward to always having a friendly face to greet you and lovely people to chat with.
Our classes are made up of a mixture of Mat Pilates (your body working against gravity) and Equipment Pilates (your body working with assistance).
Our state-of-the-art equipment was all originally designed by Joseph Pilates. We have one Reformer, one Cadillac, a Wunda Chair, a Ladle Barrel and Spine Corrector, and you will be given the opportunity to use each of these in every class.

I’m a certified Polestar Pilates Instructor from Venezuela, South America, with a passion for movement and wellbeing – and a delightful accent!
With over 5 years’ experience teaching Pilates and over 16 practicing it, I have the wealth of experience needed to help you achieve your Pilates dreams. My goal is to help every client who steps into my studio to realise the potential of their body and learn to move beyond their expectations.
Expect to hear some Spanish words popping up during my sessions.
We are blessed to have Jessica T. as our Massage Therapist. In keeping with our South American theme, Jessica is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
With over 15 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist, she has a passion for improving mobility through massage – and her knowledge of body anatomy and various physiotherapy techniques allows her to understand and address your individual needs quickly and accurately.
